Although its been 20 months since I gave birth to Asher, and I have been able to get my body back but there is this daily reminder of my tummy jiggles just a little bit more than I would like it too. So, I did my research. I tried all of these work outs, and I feel like they are going to give us moms a good chance at achieving those abs we are all dying for. So, give these workouts a try! I want to hear your thoughts, and any ideas on nutrition/diet to make this an effective post!
